My neighbours are hoarders. They are seniors who do eccentric things. Their living condition and odd behaviour has lead to an infestation of cockroaches, mice, rats, raccoons and other urban wildlife that find their way into their yard and home.



Despite my many attempts to assists them by contacting the municipal, provincial and federal governments the situation seems to be lost in an endless loop of red tape.



I do not like my neighbours, but I worry for their health and well being. If you (the reader) have any suggestions for further steps please contact me.
